The entity IBERINVE, S.To.Or., it puts to disposal of all the executives and employees of the Entity including, temporary employees, indefinite and by agreement, clients, providers, commercial partners and other parts interested (stakeholders), a Channel of Complaints – Line Whistleblowing, where can inform, of confidential way, of behaviours, actions or facts that can constitute rapes so much of the internal or external norms, that go against the interests of the organisation, of his groups of interes, as of the laws, normative or ethical codes that govern the activity of said entity.

The channel of complaint of IBERINVE, S.To.Or., it governs by the Law 2/2023, regulatory of the protection of the people that inform on normative infringements and of fight against the corruption. Law that transpone the Directive (EU) 2019/1937.
